    The dishes from the kitchen of La Cour des Delices are pure and we prepare with mostly organic products from the region, purchased on the daily fresh markets.

    From the area come Chablis wines and Crémant de Bourgogne, Charolais beef, mustard from Dijon and cheese from Chaource and Epoisse. There are also some local cheese farms and organic vegetables are grown.
